Why we collect it
Information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, prepare requested information, maintain website security and understand aggregate website performance. Confidential form content is not sent to public AI models or recorded in analytics.
Processors and storage
Website hosting and email-delivery providers process information only to provide their services. Processing may occur outside New Zealand. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the stated purpose.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for response, project assessment, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
Access and correction
You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you by emailing projects@imprnt.co.nz.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand pages, devices and referral sources. Analytics must not contain confidential enquiry text. Essential storage may be used for security and site operation.
