01

Client overview

IMPRNT is an independent strategic branding consultancy working across brand direction, identity, digital experience, communications and implementation.

02

Business challenge

Create a credible long-form resource without relying on borrowed case studies, invented results or search-first publishing volume.

03

Research

The programme mapped recurring questions across strategy, architecture, packaging, websites, signage, rebranding, employer brand and governance, then aligned each topic with leadership and procurement decisions.

04

Strategy

Build eight evergreen cornerstone guides around one governed content model, with evidence, frameworks, FAQs, checklists and strong internal relationships.

05

Creative direction

Use the existing restrained IMPRNT design language: high-contrast typography, editorial imagery, generous space and disciplined reading layouts.

06

Execution

A reusable article system now provides metadata, structured data, sticky contents, related reading, downloadable checklists and export formats.

07

Photography

Approved editorial photography supports the reading experience and maintains a consistent visual language across the knowledge platform.

Outcomes

Visible outputs and practical changes.

Lessons learned

What the work reinforced.

  1. 01Authority comes from specificity and evidence, not publishing frequency.
  2. 02A content system must govern metadata and relationships as carefully as prose.
  3. 03Useful resources should support action after the article ends.

Evidence note

Claims remain accountable.
